As much as we enjoy painting. We really love it when we get a chance to customize or up grade some cabinets or a kitchen island. Add some crown molding. Install a wine rack. Maybe build a book case with cool doors and lots of shelves.

Popular lumber products include tongue and groove boards, bead board paneling, or shiplap. Frame out with some 1 by materials, pencil moldings, stops, and caps. Modern Farmhouse Design is a trend that’s been popular for a while and I don’t see going away. I personally really enjoy it.
